Positive narratives about the public sector

In collaboration with social scientists from RUC Eva Sørensen and Jakob Torfing, management researcher from the Kong Frederiks Centre for Public Leadership, Lotte Bøgh Andersen, CO-PI and DJØF Forlag, Resonans has been collecting positive narratives from the public sector for a number of years.

The aim of the initiative has been to learn from the many things that work well. Brave, energetic and committed people in the public sector create results every single day, and we believe that gets too little attention. Solving the wild problems across sectors, such as the climate and biodiversity crisis, health inequality, and labor shortages can only be solved through co-creation. And the positive examples are out there. We want to bring it to light and learn from it because we believe it inspires more action.
