She is known for combining strategic acumen with strong facilitation and an ability to create a safe space in which to address the important. Berit does not beat around the bush, but helps managers and teams navigate and take the difficult conversations.

With a heavy knowdlegde in coaching and training leaders at all levels, Berit knows that when organizations succeed in change, it is essentially about creating meaning. Berit is educated cand. Mag in Psychology and Educational Studies. She has a further education as a behavioral designer and has an abundance of certifications, including numerous personality tests, coaching, project and process management, etc. She has written a number of articles on behavioural design, learning culture in organisations, agility in HR and others. She has experience from both the private and public sectors.
