Municipal use of AI in both strategy and practice
After a strong first meeting of the AI roundtable group, we are now pleased to invite you to the second
meeting. The first meeting focused on strategic points of attention, dilemmas, and
management choices in working with AI.
This time, we will take the next step with the opportunity for concrete sparring and inspiration through
cases from AI in the employment sector in Faxe Municipality and testing of AI-supported
documentation in the elderly care sector in Copenhagen Municipality.
Purpose of the meeting
The ambition for this roundtable discussion is that all participants will:
- Gain inspiration from concrete municipal AI experiences
- Receive sparring on their own organizational challenges, starting points, and opportunities
- Leave with ideas for pilot actions – and the desire to follow up on AI in strategy and practice
- Strengthens the shared strategic view of AI as more than just technology, but as an organizational, managerial, and cultural transformation
Content and Dialogue
The afternoon will include:
- Short presentations and inspiration from concrete cases from the employment sector in Faxe Municipality, presented by Head of Centre Troels van Dijk, and the elderly care sector in Copenhagen Municipality, presented by Head of Digitalization at SUF Rikke Saltoft Andersen.
- Joint dialogue and reflection at the round table
- Feedback on participants' own cases and your strategic and organizational starting points
- Focus on what can specifically be tested in your organization – in the form of focused strategic pilot actions

Submit a mini-case you would like feedback on
To make the event as relevant and practical as possible, we ask all participants
to submit a very brief one in advance a mini-case you'd like feedback on -
send by email to as@resonans.dk
The mini-case could, for example, be based on:
- A specific AI initiative you are considering or are currently implementing
- A strategic dilemma you'd like feedback on
- A management challenge regarding prioritization, organization, or governance
Describe:
- Briefly, what challenges and dilemmas you are facing
- What would you like feedback on?
The cases will be used as a basis for joint feedback and discussion during the event.
Registration and participation:
We encourage 2-3 managers and directors from the same municipality to participate together.
The purpose is to strengthen your ability for joint action and strategic follow-up when you return – and to collectively translate the day's discussions into practice.
