Partnerships in reform implementation
How do you build the right alliances and partnerships for reform initiatives?
For many of the public sector reforms to be implemented in the coming years, collaboration with civil society, businesses, educational institutions, and other external stakeholders is explicitly written into the solution. In other cases, strong alliances and partnerships are a fundamental prerequisite for success in practice.
However, good intentions are not enough. For partnerships to create real value and progress, they require a clear shared purpose, the right stakeholders at the table, a well-defined framework for collaboration, and an organizational structure that can generate momentum and drive results over time.
This webinar focuses on how to work strategically and practically with alliance building and partnerships in reform efforts. We will take a closer look at how to mature collaborations, build both formal and informal relationships, and create structures that make the partnership useful, valuable, and action-oriented in everyday life.
