What personal data do we collect and process?

We only collect and process personal data about you and your company in order to perform the tasks we have agreed upon with you and your company. We collect the following personal data:

  • Company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, VAT number, and if applicable EAN Number
  • Relevant information to contact you (name, job title, e-mail and telephone number)
  • Personal data that you provide to us, which are relevant for the performance of our task. This could include lists of personal data (name, job title, email, and phone number) of participants for workshops, conferences, etc. Such personal data is processed only if you grant us access to them.

What customer data do we store?

We store email correspondences and documents related to our task performance to best assist you with a new task in the future, if relevant. As many customers return after many years, we store customer data indefinitely. However, you can always request to have the information deleted (read more under 'deletion'). Customer documents are stored in separate customer folders and are kept in our Microsoft SharePoint cloud solution and our email hosting server (read more under 'System Subcontractors').

How do we use personal data?

Personal data is used solely to solve the task we are commissioned to perform. To perform our task, we use various systems from subcontractors, such as hosting of emails and documents. The updated list of systems can be found below, with links on how subcontractors, as data processors, handle personal data on behalf of Resonans A/S.

How can I gain insight into the personal data you have?

You can at any time request information about which personal data and customer data we have on you and your company. You can simply write to info@resonans.dk, and we will provide you with a complete overview.

How do I delete my data?

If you want us to delete personal data and customer data, you can contact us at info@resonans.dk. We will then ensure that it is deleted and notify you accordingly. If, unexpectedly, you are dissatisfied with our processing of your personal data, you have the option to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 1300 Copenhagen K, tel. 33193200, email: dt@datatilsynet.dk.
